Pocket Labeler: What do your photos say?

June6

Every photo is a blank canvas—until now, that is!  With Pocket Labeler—an iPad, iPod and iPhone app—users can create cool photo messages, captions, borders and even wallpaper backgrounds using eight colors of vintage embossed style labels.

Take new photos—or use library favorites—to create fun and impressive images containing sayings, phrases, wishes or jokes.  It’s really all up to you!  Just enter the desired text into the boxes provided and voila! You’ve got labels that can be scaled, moved in any which way and/or rotated simply by touch.  Of course, your masterpieces can then be printed or shared with others via a web site, blog, Facebook and/or Flickr.

Check out an example I created last weekend:

Classroom Connection:

Inspire originality or spark a creative passion by allowing students to utilize Pocket Labeler to add captions to photos of field trips, activities, projects, experiments, assemblies, clubs, etc.  Add these photos to a newsletter, web site or blog to showcase learning in your classroom/school!
