Edutech for Teachers: 2012 New Blog of the Year!
OK, Edutech for Teachers fans and followers! The results are in and I’m completely honored and excited to announce that this blog has been officially named the 2012 New Blog of the Year! How cool is that!
I’m totally speechless—and for those of you who know me personally—that’s a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence! Thanks so much to all of you who sent some voting love my way! It’s greatly appreciated!
A special shout out to my BAMS colleagues as well as my Tech Club and Language Arts students who voted each day without fail! I would also like to publicly thank my brother, Brian, and his students from The Walker School near Atlanta, Georgia, for all of their awesome support! The rest of my family rocks too! ♥
Another huge thanks to my techie guru friends Susan Oxnevad and Donna Baumbach (Aunty Tech) for their constant motivation and inspiration to continuing creating new ideas and projects!
Check out the Edublog Awards site for more information about the Nineth Annual International Edublog Awards as well as the contest results—including the winners in the remaining categories. There are tons of links to a variety of useful educational blogs!
Again, thank you for checking out my site—and for voting! I hope to continue sharing “cool tools” and classroom integration ideas with all of you in the upcoming year!
