Honoring All Who Served

November11

veterans day

Across the nation, Americans are commemorating Veterans Day with parades, wreath-laying ceremonies and other events. While only one day a year is dedicated solely to honoring veterans, we must never forget the sacrifices that countless men and women have made to defend our country and protect our freedoms.

To show our gratitude in some way, two of my Multimedia/Tech Club students, Miranda Lowery and Chad Messner, teamed up with English teacher Ms. Susan Kovensky and I to create a tribute for veterans—one that was viewed at our school-wide assembly program. Check it out below.

How fortunate we are to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave! America’s finest… Our men and women in uniform—thank you for your service as well as the sacrifices you have made to provide us with the liberties we enjoy on a daily basis.
